About Paul A. Stubbs
I took up photography about 15 years ago. I started out with a Pentax ZX50, and then a ZX7. I purchased a Pentax *istDS, then upgraded to a Canon 30D and Canon 40D along with some new lenses. I used the Canon 5DSR for Full frame and the Canon 7D for wildlife. I also use the Olympus Mirror less OMD EM-1 Mark 3. I photograph nature, waterfalls, wildlife, flowers and landscapes. I try to capture things most people take for granted, and pass by in their everyday lives. I also enjoy photographing moto-cross races, and enjoy the action. I visit Yellowstone National Park, The Grand Tetons, and the Big Horns often, and I also enjoy the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina and Virginia. I have been selling several of my images, have several published locally and attend several art and craft shows during the year.
I was a semi-finalist in Canon / Ron Howard's Imagina10n contest.
